"Called as An Apostle To The Nations."   Apostle Williams is fulfilling the appointment that God ordained on her life as a spiritual leader, over seer, administrator and consultant for Bishops, Pastors, Ministers and those who serve in leadership to the Body of Christ.  "The work is not new; I just finally accepted the title, knowing who I am, and the precious anointing that is on my life, as I have labored all these years in the five-fold ministry.   With age, comes experience and wisdom.  I now have the wonderful opportunity to share the wealth of my 45 years in ministry, to assist and help others who labor for the up building of God's Kingdom.  I am no longer concerned whether people or men receive me or acknowledge who I am, as long as I know that I fulfill the obligation and assignment that God has given me in this lifetime. " 

Apostle Williams has been the major contributor and is the Presiding Prelate of Oasis Worship Center Interdenominational Ministries Fellowship, whose Jurisdictional USA Headquarters is located in Irving, Texas.  She is responsible for the various community and ministry programs  that continues to grow and expand every year. To name just a few: The Pastor's Kitchen, a catering service, which she personally operates within the business and private sector and special events. The Pastor's Corner has special gift baskets that she designs and makes during the holidays and special occasions.  The Lighthouse Book Store Products has available inspirational, health and wellness books and topics on strengthening families and personal relationships.  She is the Producer and Director of V.O.D. Productions, which consists of her Television and Radio Ministries, Video/Web Seminars and Teleconferences and Special Ministry Resources which consist of Audio Tapes, Transcripts and Books. She is the Director of The Gospel Talent Showcase which promotes those who are interested in exposure of their gifts and abilities in the Performing Arts and Ministry of Music.  

The Christian Social Club's -The Gathering Place for Singles 21 and up, A Christian Fellowship that offers entertainment and dining privileges for monthly patrons. Woman to Woman Conferences and Women's Fellowship to bring women together as Women of Excellence.  The Leadership Training Academy, which enhances the skills and expands individual knowledge, the academy is designed for those who are church officials, ministers or clergy by preparing them for leadership roles and positions in their local ministries and also for community service.

My endeavor is to continue to pursue a Spirit of Excellence, in all that is set before me."  The Bible says, "Without a vision, the people perish."  I have learned while being a Pastor, that without people who are willing to run with the vision, given to them by the visionary, we struggle, become anxious, and seldom ascertain the divine destiny that has been set before us.  This is the importance of knowing who we are in God, some have a kingly anointing, while others have been ordained with a priestly anointing, and still are those who possess the lepers anointing; each unique and for a divine purpose.
